Refund Policy of ROUND PLUS DIGITAL MARKETING LLC, Al Nahda Second, Duabi - UAE

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and consulting, Roundplus Digital Marketing LLC does not offer refunds once a service has been delivered or work has commenced, unless agreed in writing.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be approved if:
The client cancels a service before work begins.
We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal error.
There is a technical failure on our platform preventing delivery of paid features.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
Email contact@round-plus.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Include your full name, order details, and reason for the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14–30 days and issued via the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Strategy calls after being delivered.
Customized CRM configurations already deployed.
Third-party subscriptions (e.g., white-label software).
